A Makawao landmark since 1916 serving legendary cream puffs, doughnuts, and fresh-baked goods that locals set their alarms for. The cream puffs sell out before noon — they are transcendently good, with a cloud-light shell and generous fresh cream filling. The old-fashioned store interior and unhurried small-town pace make it one of the most charming stops on Maui.
Tip: Arrive before 9 AM to secure cream puffs before they sell out. The stick donuts and cinnamon rolls are also outstanding. Combine with a stroll through Makawao's galleries and boutiques.
